Tell es-Safi was an Arab Palestinian village, located in the Shephelah region on the southern banks of Wadi 'Ajjur, 35 kilometers northwest of Hebron, which had its Arab population expelled during the 1948 Arab–Israeli war. Tel Tsafit is situated 4 km northwest of Me’arat Zikhri.
