Åbygda is a village in Bindal Municipality in Nordland county, Norway. The village is located along the river Åbjøra, about 10 kilometres southeast of the villages of Vassås and Terråk.

Terråk is the administrative centre of Bindal Municipality in Nordland country, Norway. The village is located in the eastern part of the municipality, along the shore of the Sørfjorden arm of the Bindalsfjorden. Terråk is situated 8 km northwest of Heimstad.
