Lunnøya is an island in Austevoll Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The 0.6-square-kilometre island lies in the Møkstrafjorden just north of the larger island of Selbjørn. Lunnøya is situated 3½ km north of Lauvåsen.

It is located in the village of Kvalvåg on the island of Stolmen, although historically it was located on the small island of Møkster, hence the name. Stolmen Church is situated 3 km northwest of Lauvåsen.
