Milano Repubblica is an underground railway station in Milan, Italy. It is on the Milan Passante railway and is located at Piazza della Repubblica, in the same location of the old pre-fascist Central Station. Milano Repubblica railway station is situated 120 metres northeast of Me Milan Il Duca.

Repubblica is a Milan Metro station on Line 3. Works began in 1984, and it was opened in 1990. Since 1997, it is connected with the Milano Repubblica railway station of the Milan Passante railway.
