Ledra Palace Hotel

The Ledra Palace Hotel is located in central Nicosia, Cyprus, and until 1974 was one of the largest and most glamorous hotels of the capital. The hotel was designed by the German Jewish architect Benjamin Günsberg and was built between 1947 and 1949 by Cyprus Hotels Limited at a cost of approx £240,000 Cyprus pounds on what was then called King Edward VII Street, since 1962 Markos Drakos Avenue.

Arab Ahmet Mosque

Arab Ahmet Mosque is situated in the western Arab Ahmet Quarter of North Nicosia, Northern Cyprus. It was built in the late 16th century. The mosque is named after a commander of the 1571 Ottoman army. Arab Ahmet Mosque is situated 300 metres southeast of Ledra Palas.

Köşklüçiftlik is a quarter of North Nicosia in Northern Cyprus. In 2011, it had a population of 2,939. The name of the neighbourhood comes from Turkish and means "the farm with a manor".
