Angkor Wat is a Theravada Buddhist temple complex and the largest religious complex in the world. Located on a site measuring 162.6 hectares within the ancient capital of Angkor, it was constructed between 1113 and 1150 CE during the reign of the Khmer king Suryavarman II. Angkor Wat is situated 4 km southwest of Banteay Kdei.

Prasat Kravan is a small 10th-century temple consisting of five reddish brick towers on a common terrace, at Angkor, Cambodia, south of the artificial lake called Srah Srang. Prasat Kravan is situated 1¼ km south of Banteay Kdei.
