Gigalum Island

Gigalum Island or Gigalum is a tiny, private uninhabited island off the southeast coast of Gigha in Scotland. Gigalum has a medieval house in the middle, and gives its name to the strait between it and the main island, "Caolas Gigalum".

Kilchattan Chapel is a ruined medieval chapel near Ardminish, Isle of Gigha, Argyll and Bute, Scotland. Built in the 13th century, the chapel was dedicated to St. Cathan.

Ardminish is the sole village on the Isle of Gigha in the Inner Hebrides, in Argyll and Bute, Scotland, and considered its "capital". It is connected to the mainland through a regular ferry service that runs to Tayinloan.

Gigha is an island 3 miles off Argyll on the west coast of Scotland. The name is probably from Norse Guðey, “god’s island” or “good island”. It’s about 6 miles north-south by 1½ miles wide, and in 2011 had a population of 163.

Tayinloan is a village situated on the west coast of the Kintyre peninsula in Argyll and Bute, Scotland. The village has a sub post office, general store and a small hotel, a village hall and a play park.
