Svarstad is a village in Larvik Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The village is located along the river Numedalslågen, approximately 46 kilometres north of the town of Larvik and about 11 kilometres south of the village of Hvittingfoss in Kongsberg Municipality. Svarstad is situated 4½ km east of Saghola.
