Coigach is a peninsula north of Ullapool, in Wester Ross in the Northwest Highlands of Scotland. The area consists of a traditional crofting and fishing community of a couple of hundred houses located between mountain and shore on a peninsula looking over the Summer Isles and the sea. Coigach is situated 3 miles west of Lag na Saill.
Achiltibuie
Achiltibuie is a community straggling along the west coast of Ross and Cromarty, north of Ullapool in the Scottish Highlands. As well as the village, the name applies to all the coast between Achduart and Reiff, taking in the hamlets of Polglass, Polbain and Altandhu.Achnahaird

Achnahaird is a small settlement on Achnahaird Bay in Ross and Cromarty, in the Scottish council area of Highland. The beach at Achnahaird Bay was used in the filming of 'The Eagle'. Achnahaird is situated 3½ miles west of Lag na Saill.
