Kilchoan is a village on the Scottish peninsula of Ardnamurchan, beside the Sound of Mull in Lochaber, Highland. It is the most westerly village in mainland Britain, although several tiny hamlets lie further west on the peninsula. Kilchoan is situated 1½ miles east of Stacan Dubha.

Achnaha is a remote village in Ardnamurchan, Lochaber, in the Scottish council area of Highland. One of the local tourist attractions is the remnant of an old volcano, which has weathered down to the level of the old magma chamber, from which three eruptions originated. Achnaha is situated 2½ miles north of Stacan Dubha.
