Beinn Fhada or Ben Attow is a mountain in the Scottish Highlands. The finest route up Beinn Fhada is from Morvich to the north-west. There is a direct line up a grassy, and rather boggy, slope from the east side of the River Croe.

Ciste Dhubh is a mountain in the Scottish Highlands, between Glen Shiel and Glen Affric. With a height of 979 metres, it is classed as a Munro. It is almost surrounded by glens: Fionngleann, An Caorann Mòr and Allt Cam-bàn, with the Bealach a' Chòinich pass linking it to the mountain of Sgùrr an Fhuarail.
