Fan Brycheiniog

Fan Brycheiniog is the highest peak at a height of 802.5 metres in the Black Mountain region of the Brecon Beacons National Park in southern Wales. There is a trig point at the peak and on the edge of the escarpment, and nearby, a stone shelter with an inner seat.

Llyn y Fan Fawr is a natural lake in the county of Powys, Wales. It lies at the foot of Fan Brycheiniog, the highest peak of the Black Mountain range within the Brecon Beacons National Park.

Picws Du is the second highest peak of the Carmarthen Fans in the Carmarthenshire section of the Black Mountain in the west of the Brecon Beacons National Park in south Wales.

Penwyllt is a hamlet located in the upper Swansea Valley in Powys, Wales, lying within the Brecon Beacons National Park. A former quarrying village, quicklime and silica brick production centre, its fortunes rose and fell as a result of the Industrial Revolution in South Wales. Penwyllt is situated 4½ miles southeast of Fan Foel.

Pen-y-cae is a village in Powys, Wales in the Brecon Beacons National Park between Abercraf and Craig-y-Nos Castle, in the community of Tawe-Uchaf. The village is mostly a linear settlement along the A4067 which runs approximately parallel to the River Tawe.

Llywel is a small village and community located on the A40, about 4 miles west of Sennybridge in Powys, Wales. The Afon Gwydderig runs through the village, not far from its source. Llywel is situated 6 miles northeast of Fan Foel.
