The Prince's Cairn marks the traditional spot from where Prince Charles Edward Stuart embarked for France from Scotland on 20 September 1746 following the failure of the Jacobite rising of 1745.

Beasdale railway station is a railway station serving Glen Beasdale in the Highland region of Scotland. This station is on the West Highland Line, sited 28 miles 49 chains from the former Banavie Junction, between Lochailort and Arisaig.

Loch Màma

Loch Màma is a small freshwater loch in South Morar, Lochaber, in the north west of Scotland. It forms a simple basin and is orientated east to west. It is thought that the adjoining loch Loch na Creige Duibhe and Loch Màma were at one time a single loch.

Lochailort is a small settlement in Scotland that lies at the head of Loch Ailort, a sea loch, on the junction of the Road to the Isles between Fort William and Mallaig with the A861 towards Salen and Strontian.

Arisaig is a village on the coast of Lochaber in the Scottish Highlands, with a population of about 300. It stands on the "Road to the Isles", the traditional route from the south via Fort William to Mallaig and thence to Skye.
