Namche Bazaar

Namche Bazaar is the unofficial capital of the Khumbu region of Nepal, and is a major stop-off point for trekkers and climbers heading for Mount Everest base camp.
Lukla

Lukla is a village in Khumbu and home to the region's main airport. Most travelers visiting the region will enter and exit from here.
Khumjung

Khumjung is a village in Khumbu Pasanglhamu rural municipality of Solukhumbu District in Province No. 1 of north-eastern Nepal. It is located in the Khumbu sub-region inside Sagarmatha National Park, a world heritage site.

Gokyo

Dingboche is a relatively large village in Khumbu, located between Pangboche and Chukhung. It is above the tree line, and so lacks the greenery of the villages below.
Salleri

Solududhkunda is the only municipality of Solukhumbu District. Located in Koshi Province of Nepal. The town of Salleri, which is located within the municipality is the headquarter of Solukhumbu District It was formed in 2014 by merging four VDCs: Salleri, Garma, Loding Tamakhani and Beni and was divided into 9 wards.
Tengboche

Tengboche Monastery, also known as Dawa Choling Gompa, in the Tengboche village in Khumjung in the Khumbu region of eastern Nepal is a Tibetan Buddhist monastery of the Sherpa community.
Pheriche

Pheriche is in Khumbu in Sagarmatha National Park at an altitude of about 4,371 m. Pheriche is a station on the Mount Everest Trek between Namche Bazar and Mount Everest Base Camp, and is a popular stop for trekkers and climbers.
Monju

Monju also Monjo is a village in Khumbu. It is located between the villages of Lukla and Namche Bazaar.
Khunde

Khunde is a village in the Khumbu region of Nepal within the Sagarmatha National Park. It is directly adjacent to Khumjung village in the valley at the foot of Khumbu Yül-Lha, the sacred mountain of the Sherpas.
Pangboche

Pangboche or Panboche is a village in Khumjung Village Development Committee of Solukhumbu District in Province No. 1 of Nepal at an altitude of 13,074 feet.
Chhukhung

Chhukhung is a small village in Khumbu with a fabulous variety of additional spellings such as Chuukung and Chukhung. It is located at 4,730 metres above sea level.
Thame

Thame and its neighbouring Thameteng are small Sherpa villages in Namche VDC of the Solukhumbu District in Nepal. These were the last year-round villages on the salt trading route that existed between Tibet, Nepal and India.
