Snowdonia, or Eryri, is a mountainous region and national park in . It contains all 15 mountains in Wales over 3000 feet high, including the country's highest, , which is 1,085 metres tall.

, or Yr Wyddfa, is a mountain in the region of . It has an elevation of approx. 1,085 metres above sea level, which makes it both the highest mountain in and the highest in the south of the .

Lake
is a natural lake in on the flanks of , Wales' highest mountain. This long thin lake has formed in a cwm about one-third of the way up the mountain.

Peak
is a knife-edged arête in the National Park in , Wales. The name means "red ridge" in Welsh. The highest point on the arête is 923 metres above sea level.
