The Cathedral of Saint Joseph, Ankawa, also known as Cathedral of Mar Yousif, is the Chaldean Catholic cathedral and seat of the Chaldean Catholic Archdiocese of Erbil in Iraqi Kurdistan created under the pontificate of Pope Paul VI. Saint Joseph Church is situated 440 metres north of Ankawa BAC Church.

The mosque was begun by Jalil Khayat, who later died in 2005, and it was completed in 2007 by his sons in memory of their father. Jalil Khayat Mosque is situated 3½ km southeast of Ankawa BAC Church.
