The Bulgakov Museum in Moscow is a writer's house museum which commemorates the life and work of Russian author Mikhail Afanasyevich Bulgakov in an apartment where he lived in Moscow, Russia, and in which he set portions of his novel The Master and Margarita. Bulgakov Museum is situated 160 metres north of Praktika.

The Bolshoi Theatre is a historic opera house in Moscow, Russia, originally designed by architect Joseph Bové. Before the October Revolution it was a part of the Imperial Theatres of the Russian Empire along with Maly Theatre in Moscow and a few theatres in Saint Petersburg. Bolshoi Theatre is situated 1½ km east of Praktika.
