Mynydd Bodafon is a small collection of peaks including Yr Arwydd which is the highest point on the island of Anglesey. It lies about 2+1⁄2 miles west of the coastal town of Moelfre and 2⁄3 mi south-west of the hamlet of Brynrefail.

With datable components from around 1400, the building is listed at Grade II* and was restored in 1865. St Michael’s Church is situated 1 mile northeast of Cors Fawr.

Din Lligwy hut circle is an ancient village site near the east coast of Anglesey, close to the village of Moelfre, North Wales. Excavations in 1905–1907 produced hundreds of Roman-period pot sherds of the 3rd and 4th centuries CE, many repaired with iron clamps. Din Llugwy Romano-British Village is situated 2 miles east of Cors Fawr.
