Trabáu is one of three parishes in the Degaña municipality, within the province and autonomous community of Asturias, in northern Spain. As of 2015 the population was 32. Trabáu is situated 3½ km west of Los Poderos.

Gedrez is a lovely village and parish in Cangas del Narcea, in the southwest of Asturias, surrounded by green forests and giant rocky mountains. Gedrez is the capital of the Fuentes del Narcea natural park, and another natural park, the Reserva de Muniellos, is a 10-min drive away.
