Scafell Pike is a mountain in the Lake District region of Cumbria, England. It has an elevation of 978 metres above sea level, making it the highest and the most prominent mountain in England. Scafell Pike is situated 2½ miles north of Tongue Pot.

Hard Knott is a fell in the English Lake District, at the head of Eskdale. The northern and western slopes of Hard Knott are in the civil parish of Eskdale, while the southern and eastern slopes are in the civil parish of Ulpha.
