Montalto delle Marche is a comune and former Latin catholic bishopric in the Province of Ascoli Piceno in the Italian region Le Marche, located in the hilly area that goes from the Adriatic cost to the Sibillini Mountains, at a distance of about 70 kilometres south of Ancona and about 15 kilometres north of Ascoli Piceno, with a population of 1 991 inhabitants.
