Belmont Mansion is a historic mansion located in Fairmount Park in Philadelphia. Built in the early 18th century, the mansion is one of the finest examples of Palladian architecture in the United States. Belmont Mansion is situated 840 feet northeast of Picnic Area 2.

The Ohio House, or the Ohio State Building, is an historic, American building that is located in west Fairmount Park, Philadelphia. It is listed on the Philadelphia Register of Historic Places and is an inventoried structure within the Fairmount Park Historic District entry on the National Register of Historic Places. Ohio House is situated 1,500 feet south of Picnic Area 2.

Ridgeland Mansion is an historic 2+1⁄2-story, gable-roofed house located in west Fairmount Park, Philadelphia. The land was purchased by a yeoman named William Couch in 1718 and the current house was probably constructed sometime between 1752 and 1762. Ridgeland Mansion is situated 1,800 feet northeast of Picnic Area 2.
