The Baalbek Stones are six massive Roman worked stone blocks in Baalbek, Lebanon, characterised by a megalithic gigantism unparallelled in antiquity. How the stones were moved from where they were quarried to their final locations is uncertain. Stone of the Pregnant Woman is situated 1¼ km northeast of Pharma Olivia.

A trilithon or trilith is a structure consisting of two large vertical stones supporting a third stone set horizontally across the top. It is commonly used in the context of megalithic monuments. Trilithon is situated 2 km northeast of Pharma Olivia.

The Temple of Bacchus is part of the Baalbek archaeological site, in Beqaa Valley region of Lebanon. The temple complex is considered an outstanding archaeological and artistic site of Imperial Roman Architecture and was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1984. Temple of Bacchus is situated 2 km northeast of Pharma Olivia.
