Lettermore is a Gaeltacht village in County Galway, Ireland. It is also the name of the island, linked by road to the mainland, on which the village sits.

Carraroe is a tiny village which is nevertheless the largest settlement on the Carraroe / Cheathrú Rua Peninsula of Connemara in County Galway. It has a population of 725 people, and has one of the highest percentages of Irish speakers in the country, at 78%.
