Eilean Horrisdale is an uninhabited island in Loch Gairloch in Wester Ross, Scotland.

Longa Island is a small uninhabited island at the mouth of Loch Gairloch, on the west coast of Scotland. Longa is nearly one mile in length with an area of 126 hectares and a maximum elevation of 70 metres above sea level.

Gairloch is a straggling community along the west coast of Ross and Cromarty in the Scottish Highlands, with a population of 620 in 2020. The land is hilly and farming isn't very productive, but shellfishing remains a traditional occupation.

Redpoint is a small settlement in the north west of Highland, Scotland. It takes its name from Red Point, a low promontory to the south, which marks a turn in the coastline from facing west to south east as it becomes Loch Torridon.
