Mweelrea

Mweelrea is a mountain on the Atlantic coast of County Mayo, Ireland. Rising to 814 metres, it is the highest mountain in the western province of Connacht, and is noted for its southeastern cliff-lined corries, and its views. Mweelrea is situated 3 km northeast of Rosroe.

Uggool Beach

Uggool Beach is a large beach in County Mayo, on the west coast of Ireland, located south of the town of Louisburgh. It is situated at the mouth of Killary Harbour to its south, with Silver Strand to its north, Mweelrea mountain to its east and the Atlantic ocean to its west. Uggool Beach is situated 2½ km northwest of Rosroe.

Delphi is a locality in County Mayo, Ireland. Its English name was coined by the Marquis of Sligo, who built a hunting lodge there. The valley includes the Owengar River that connects Fin Lough to Doo Lough, between the fjord of Killary Harbour to the south… Delphi is situated 7 km east of Rosroe.

Tully Cross

Tully Cross is a small village located on the Renvyle Peninsula in north-west Connemara, in County Galway, Ireland. It is actually situated in the townland of Gorteenclough. The village lies close to the sea and is on the Wild Atlantic Way coastal route. Tully Cross is situated 8 km southwest of Rosroe.

Letterfrack

Letterfrack is a village on the coast of Connemara in County Galway, with a population of about 200. In Irish Leitir means a rock-strewn hillside and fraic means speckled, referring to the bright quartzite rocks.
