The Church of the Annunciation, sometimes also referred to as the Basilica of the Annunciation, is a Catholic church in Nazareth, in northern Israel. It is one of two claimants to the site of the Annunciation – in which angel Gabriel appeared to the Virgin Mary and announced that she would give birth to Jesus – the other being the Greek Orthodox Church of the Annunciation. Church of the Annunciation is situated 620 metres southeast of Salesian/Don Bosco.

The Nabi Saeen Mosque is a mosque located on Nabi Saeen Hill in Nazareth, in northern Israel. The mosque is located at the top of the ridge enclosing the city from the north, approximately 150 metres north of the Salesian Basilica of Jesus the Adolescent, providing a panoramic view of Nazareth and the Jezreel Valley to the south, and the Upper Galilee and Haifa outskirts to the north and west. Nabi Saeen Mosque is situated 280 metres northeast of Salesian/Don Bosco.
