Al-Qabu was a Palestinian Arab village in the Jerusalem Subdistrict. The name is an Arabic variation of the site's original Roman name, and the ruins of a church there are thought to date to the era of Byzantine or Crusader rule over Palestine. Al-Qabu is situated 2½ km east of Tsur Hadassa Junction.

Tzur Hadassah is a town located in the Jerusalem Corridor, located 12 kilometres southwest of Jerusalem, at an altitude of 755 meters above sea level, located on Route 375 west of Beitar Illit, about one kilometer west of the Green Line, adjacent to the Palestinian village of Wadi Fukin.
