Highland Wildlife Park

The Highland Wildlife Park is a 105-hectare safari park and zoo in Kingussie, Scotland. The park is located within the Cairngorms National Park. The park is run by the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland and is a member of the British and Irish Association of Zoos and Aquariums and the European Association of Zoos and Aquaria. Highland Wildlife Park is situated 2 miles north of Inveruglas.

Speyside distillery was a Scotch whisky distillery near the hamlet of Drumguish in the Speyside region of Scotland, close to the village of Kingussie. It produced SPEY and Beinn Dubh single malts, and Byron's Gin.

Insh is a village in Highland, Scotland that lies on the east coast of the Insh Marshes. It is in the Badenoch and Strathspey area, around 3+1⁄2 miles east of Kingussie, in the Spey valley.

Kingussie

Kingussie is a town in Speyside in the central Scottish Highlands, with a population of 1470 in 2020. The Spey valley here broadens into a "strath" as it emerges from the hills, and turns north.

Kincraig

Kincraig is a village located north of Kingussie and south of Aviemore in Highland, Scotland. Its original name was Boat of Inch, reflecting the ferry boat crossing of the Spey River that once operated here but the name was changed after a single track bridge was erected in 1871. Kincraig is situated 3½ miles north of Inveruglas.
