Govan subway station is a station that serves the area of Govan in Glasgow, Scotland. It is located on the south side of the River Clyde. Just south of the station is the main depot and test track for the Glasgow Subway.

Ibrox Stadium is a football stadium on the south side of the River Clyde in the Ibrox area of Glasgow, Scotland. The home of Scottish Premiership team Rangers, Ibrox is the third-largest football stadium in Scotland, with an all-seated capacity of 51,700. Glasgow Rangers is situated 3,400 feet south of Govan, Govan Road/ Govan Road.

Glenlee is a steel-hulled three-masted barque, built as a cargo ship at Port Glasgow under that name in 1896 for Glasgow owners. With later owners she was named Islamount and Clarastella. Glenlee is situated 990 feet northeast of Govan, Govan Road/ Govan Road.

Govan is a district, parish, and former burgh now part of southwest Glasgow, Scotland. It is situated 2+1⁄2 miles west of Glasgow city centre, on the south bank of the River Clyde, opposite the mouth of the River Kelvin and the district of Partick.
