Sotira is a town in the Famagusta District of Cyprus, west of Paralimni. In 2011, it had a population of 5,474. Sotira is situated 5 km northwest of Princess Jewellery.

The traditional town of Paralimni is the largest town in the free Famagusta district, located approximately 40 minutes drive from Larnaca airport. Its town square has many good shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and three churches, the oldest of which houses a museum.
