Cumbernauld railway station serves the town of Cumbernauld in North Lanarkshire, Scotland. The station is managed by ScotRail and is located on the Cumbernauld Line, 14 miles north east of Glasgow Queen Street station and the Motherwell to Cumbernauld Line, 11+3⁄4 miles north of Motherwell.

Greenfaulds High School is a mixed, non-denominational six-year comprehensive secondary school. The original building was opened in 1971, while the new building was first opened to the public on 29 September 2016, and the old building has now been demolished.
