Baitun Nasr Mosque, also known as the Furuset Mosque, is an Ahmadi Muslim mosque in Furuset in the borough of Alna, northeast of Oslo, Norway. It is the largest mosque in the country. The complex is located near E6, the country's main north–south highway. Baitun Nasr Mosque is situated 190 metres southeast of Furuset.

Furuset kulturpark is a park in the neighborhood of Furuset in Oslo, Norway. It opened in May 2009 at a cost of NOK 5.6 million. The 15.2-acre park is operated by the municipality and is used for recreational purposes, with a pedestrian and bicycle paths and a recreational area. Furuset Church is in the vicinity. Furuset kulturpark is situated 410 metres northwest of Furuset.

Verdensparken is a park on 5.2 hectares in Furuset, Oslo, Norway which opened in 2013 and was completed in 2014. The park reflects the population of the suburb of Furuset, where 63% of inhabitants had an ethnic origin other than Norwegian in 2009, and immigrants came from around 140 countries. Verdensparken is situated 420 metres north of Furuset.
