Ciañu is one of eight parishes in Langreo, a municipality within the province and autonomous community of Asturias, in northern Spain.

In September 2007, by a decree of the Principality of Asturias, L'Entregu joined the adjacent Sotrondio and Blimea to form a single population center of San Martin del Rey name Aurelio as a homonymous municipality. L’Entregu is situated 4 km east of La Cuesta La Viña.
