Milano Centrale is the main railway station of the city of Milan, Northern Italy, and is the second busiest railway station in Italy for passenger flow and the largest railway station in Europe by volume. Milano Centrale Railway Station is situated 120 metres northeast of COSMAI Caffè.

Centrale FS is a station on Lines 2 and 3 of the Milan Metro in Milan, Italy. The Line 2 station was opened on 27 April 1970 as a one-station extension from Caiazzo.

Pirelli Tower is a 32-storey, 127 m skyscraper in Milan, Italy. The base of the building is 1,900 m2, with a length of 75.5 m and a width of 20.5 m. The construction used approximately 30,000 m3 of concrete. Pirelli sky scraper is situated 180 metres west of COSMAI Caffè.
