Bataclan

The Bataclan is a theatre located at 50 Boulevard Voltaire in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, France. Designed in 1864 by the architect Charles Duval, its name refers to Ba-ta-clan, an operetta by Jacques Offenbach. Bataclan is situated 250 metres northwest of Repair and run.

The Bastille was a medieval fortress in Paris, known as the Bastille Saint-Antoine. It played an important role in the internal conflicts of France and for most of its history was used as a state prison by the kings of France. Ruins of Bastille is situated 1 km south of Repair and run.

Saint-Ambroise is a station on Line 9 of the Paris Métro, located in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. It is under Boulevard Voltaire. Saint-Ambroise station is situated 120 metres southeast of Repair and run.

The 11th Arrondissement is home to two quite different but equally blossoming centres of Parisian nightlife. The streets just northwest of Place de la Bastille are full of little bars which attract a mix of young suburban Parisians, expats, and foreigners.
