The Lehavim–Rahat railway station is a station on the Israel Railways lines between Tel Aviv and Beersheba, located near Lehavim Junction. The station was opened on June 23, 2007. Lehavim Rahat is situated 3 km northeast of al-Araqeeb.

Giv'ot Bar is a community settlement in the northern Negev desert in southern Israel. Located to the south of the Bedouin city of Rahat, it falls under the jurisdiction of Bnei Shimon Regional Council. In 2024 it had a population of 1,352.

Rahat is a city of 70,000 in the southern Negev region of Israel. It was founded in 1972 as a home for the previously nomadic Bedouin Arabs, who form the large majority of its population. It is the largest Bedouin settlement in the world.
