Sigulda Castle, also known as Sigulda New Castle, is a castle in Sigulda, Sigulda Municipality in the Vidzeme region of Latvia. It was built in 1878 in the Neo-Gothic style as a residence for the owners of the manor, the Kropotkin family. Sigulda Castle is situated 2 km west of Ķiparu kaskāde.

Sigulda Medieval Castle ruins are located on the edge of the Gauja valley in the Vidzeme region of Latvia. The original castle was built in 1207 as a castellum type fortress, later rebuilt into a convent type building. Sigulda Medieval Castle is situated 2 km west of Ķiparu kaskāde.

It is a resort town just over an hour from Riga by train, featuring a wooded river valley containing forest walks, cable car, bobsleigh track, three castles and a former times rehabilitation centre featuring a hostel, all of which is manageable as a day visitor on foot.
