Scirca is a frazione of the comune of Costacciaro in the Province of Perugia, Umbria, central Italy. It stands at an elevation of 505 metres above sea level. At the time of the Istat census of 2001 it had 15 inhabitants. Scirca is situated 2½ km southwest of Costa del Carpino.

Costacciaro is a comune in the Province of Perugia in the Italian region Umbria, located about 40 km northeast of Perugia. It is a medieval town that was first under the rule of Perugia and Gubbio before becoming part of the Papal States in the 15th century. Costacciaro is situated 2½ km west of Costa del Carpino.
