Sladden Wood is a 7-hectare nature reserve north of Alkham in Kent. It is managed by the Kent Wildlife Trust. The main trees in this wood are hornbeam, field maple and hazel, and there are ground flora such as green hellebore and yellow archangel.

It is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade I listed building, and is under the care of the Churches Conservation Trust. St Peter’s Church is situated 1½ miles northwest of Meggett Lane.
