The Profitable house of S.N. Mnatsakanova is a building in Rostov-on-Don located on Pushkinskaya Street. The mansion was built during 1911 — 1915. According to the reference media about assessment immovable property, in 1911 — 1915 Serpuga Nikokhosyanovna Mnatsakanova owned the building. Profitable house of S. N. Mnatsakanova is situated 120 metres east of Chirikov House.
Reznichenko House

The Reznichenko House is a building in Rostov-on-Don at 47 Pushkinskaya Street. The mansion was built in the late 1890s, presumably as a guest house for VIPs. The building has the status of an object of cultural heritage of regional significance. Reznichenko House is situated 230 metres southwest of Chirikov House.
