The Sri Thendayuthapani Temple, better known as the Chettiars' Temple, is one of Singapore Hindu community's most important monuments. The temple was built by the Chettiars at Tank Road in 1859 and managed by the Chettiars' Temple Society. Sri Thendayuthapani Temple is situated 130 metres east of The Patissier.

Hong San See is a Chinese temple in Singapore, and is located at Mohamed Sultan Road in the River Valley Planning Area, within the Central Area. Hong San See Temple was constructed between 1908 and 1913, erected by migrants from Nan An County in Fujian province with materials imported from China. Hong San See is situated 150 metres southwest of The Patissier.

The National Museum of Singapore is a public museum dedicated to Singaporean art, culture and history. Located within the country's Civic District at the Downtown Core area, it is the oldest museum in the country, with its history dating back to when it was first established in 1849, starting out as a section of a library at the Singapore Institution as the Raffles Library and Museum. National Museum of Singapore is situated 770 metres east of The Patissier.
