The Eger minaret is an Ottoman-era minaret tower located in Eger city, northern Hungary. It is one of the most northern minarets left from Ottoman rule in Europe. Eger Minaret is situated 2½ km south of Grőber-völgy.

The Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Apostle or more formally Metropolitan Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Apostle and Evangelist, St. Michael and the Immaculate Conception also called Eger Cathedral is a religious building affiliated with the Catholic Church that functions as the cathedral of the Archdiocese of Eger, located in the city of Eger, in Hungary. Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Apostle is situated 3 km south of Grőber-völgy.
