Graemsay is an island in the western approaches to Scapa Flow, in the Orkney Islands of Scotland. The island has two lighthouses. Graemsay lies within the parish of Stromness. Hoy Sound Low Light is situated 1¼ miles west of Hoy Lighthouse.
Inner Holm

Inner Holm is a small inhabited island in Stromness harbour and one of the Orkney islands of Scotland. It is about 350 metres east of the harbour front of Stromness but it is connected to the Orkney Mainland shore at low tide on the opposite side of the bay. Inner Holm is situated 1½ miles north of Hoy Lighthouse.
