USS Midway is an aircraft carrier, formerly of the United States Navy, the lead ship of her class. Commissioned eight days after the end of World War II, Midway was the largest aircraft carrier in the world until 1955, as well as the first U.S. aircraft carrier too big to transit the Panama Canal. USS Midway is situated 2,100 feet west of Seaport Village.

Benito Juárez is a bronze sculpture in Pantoja Park in San Diego, California. Created by Mexican sculptor Ernesto Tamariz, it depicts Benito Juárez, the president of Mexico from 1858 to 1872. The statue was a gift from the Mexican government in 1981. Statue of Benito Juárez is situated 380 feet northeast of Seaport Village.
