Grote Knip is a beach on the Caribbean island of Curaçao, located at the western side of the island, between the villages of Westpunt and Lagun. The beach gives way to a small lagune between high rocks.

The Christoffelberg, also known as Mt Christoffel or Mt St Christoffel, named after Saint Christopher, is the highest point on Curaçao. The Christoffelberg is 372 metres high and lies in the reserved wildlife park, Curaçao Christoffelpark, which can be explored by car, bike, horse, or on foot using several trails that have been laid out for this purpose. Christoffelberg is situated 2½ km east of Knip Beach.

Watamula is located at the westernmost point, Westpunt of the Caribbean island of Curaçao in the Netherlands Antilles The name Watamula comes from the Dutch word Watermolen which means “water mill.” The name refers to the two currents which meet 40 ft under Cliff Villa Peninsula. Watamula is situated 5 km north of Knip Beach.

Soto is a small town in northern Curaçao. It is located close to Santa Marta Bay, a deep indentation in the island's northwest coast. The small town of Santa Cruz lies just to the northwest, and the town of Barber, Curaçao lies to the northeast, across the hilly ridge which stretches for much of the island's length. Soto is situated 8 km southeast of Knip Beach.
