The Kildalton Cross is a monolithic high cross in Celtic cross form in the churchyard of the former parish church of Kildalton (from Scottish Gaelic Cill Daltain, "Church of the Foster Son" on the island of Islay in the Inner Hebrides, Scotland.

Ardtalla is a place name and estate in the southeast coastal area of Islay, Scotland. The name derives from Gaelic Àird, a "point", and talla, a now obsolete word for rock, not "high grave" as suggested by some. Ardtalla is situated 2½ miles north of Kildalton.

It is best known for being the home of Lagavulin single malt whisky. Lagavulin is situated 4½ miles southwest of Kildalton.
