The Suprunov Mansion is a building in Rostov-on-Don located on Pushkinskaya Street. The mansion was built at the beginning of the 20th century and belonged to the Rostov grain-grower and a stud to Ivan Aleksandrovich Suprunov.

According to the reference media about assessment immovable property, in 1911 — 1915 Serpuga Nikokhosyanovna Mnatsakanova owned the building. Profitable house of S. N. Mnatsakanova is situated 210 metres west of Spielrein Mansion.
