Zhongtan Road is the name of a station on Shanghai Metro Line 3 and Line 4. It's near Tanziwan, a river Bay on Suzhou Creek. The station opened on 26 December 2000 as part of the initial section of Line 3 from Shanghai South Railway Station to Jiangwan Town, and Line 4 service began here on the final day of 2005.

Changshou Road Subdistrict is a subdistrict on the southern side of Putuo District, Shanghai. The subdistrict was formed on 23 October 1991 from the merger of Jiaozhou Road Subdistrict and Putuo Road Subdistrict and was expanded in April 2004 when parts of Baiyu Subdistrict, Shiquan Subdistrict and Dongxin Subdistrict during an area adjustment of Putuo District. Changshoulu is situated 2½ km south of Ganquanlu.

Putuo District (Chinese: 普陀区; pinyin: Pǔtuó Qū; Shanghainese: phu2 du1 chiu. Putuo District borders Baoshan District to the north, Jing'an District to the east and south east, Changning District to the south west and Jiading District to the west.
