Modi'in–Center railway station is an Israel Railways passenger terminal and one of two stations serving Modi'in. It is the terminus of the Nahariya-Modi'in line, with service to the airport, Tel Aviv, Haifa, and Akko. Modi’in Center is situated 740 metres northwest of Country center.

Kfar Ruth

Kfar Ruth is an Israeli moshav located east of Modi'in. It was established in 1977 in an area that had become a no-man's land between Israel and Jordanian-controlled West Bank at the end of the 1948 Arab–Israeli War, before coming under the control of Israel during the Six-Day War. Kfar Ruth is situated 2½ km northeast of Country center.
